Had a leak from my water neutralizer unit. Tri County tech came, recognized the problem, had the parts on the truck to repair the leak, and fixed it. Tech suggested I do my bi-annual service on the tank, which was a few months early, but by doing it now it saved me another service call. Very professional and efficient.
